To comply with SMS regulations, Amazely requires all customers (businesses and business owners) to explicitly obtain SMS opt-in consents from recipients before sending any messages.
Businesses must complete the following two steps before they can use the SMS feature:
Step #1
Businesses (Amazely's customers) must declare consent opt-in method and opt-in forms in Amazely's Account Setting section. Below is an example of opt-in form declaration from a business using Amazely.
Step #2
In addition to step #1, businesses (Amazely's customers) must explicitly declare that they have obtained consent from the recipients each time they wish to send an SMS. Below is the application screenshot.
