For each review request, Amazely system will do the following steps:
If the customer email is provided, the system will send an invitation email to ask the customer to review your business on Google.
If the customer phone number is provided, the system will send an invitation SMS to ask the customer to review your business.
If the customer doesn't response in 7 days, the system will send a follow up email to the customer (if email is provided within the review request).
Amazely will use the default templates to generate invitation email, SMS text, and follow up emails. However, as a business owner, you can update the wording on those templates to fit better with your business.
From Amazely app, go to OTHER > Settings page
Go down to the Review Request Template section and click on the Edit Review Request Template button
Please note:
In the email sending to customer, [RECIPIENT] will be replaced by the name of the actual customer in the request. If the review request doesn't have the name of the customer, [RECIPIENT] will be blank.
For SMS: [REVIEW-URL] will be replaced by the link to your business review page
For Email: the review button will be added at the end of the email
