Policy Enforcement and Management
To ensure the use of Amazely follows this policy, we have implemented the followings:
Ability to disable SMS feature for a user at any given time.
We've added an allow_sms attribute for each user which can be enabled or disabled by our support staff. We reserve the rights to disable SMS feature for a user at any time if we detect that the user's business entity or SMS content falls in one of the forbidden use cases described above.
New user review process
New users of certain business categories would require manual approvals before the SMS capability can be enabled.
Quarterly review process
We conduct quarterly review process for all our users and related business entities to ensure on-going compliance with the use cases and terms described in this policy.
Reporting Violations
If you come across any SMS marketing campaign on Amazely that you believe violates regulatory standards or forbidden use cases, please report it to us immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with our policies.
