Follow the steps below to connect Amazely with your Instagram account.

Amazely connects to your Instagram via your Facebook account. There are two ways you can enable Amazely access to your Instagram account.

If you have a Meta business suite, add the Instagram account to your business suite, see the screen below. Under People, make sure your Facebook login account is listed as one of the admin of your business suite.

From Facebook:

1. Log in to Facebook and click Pages in the left menu.

2. Select your Facebook page, then click Settings.

3. Select Linked Accounts in the left column.

4. Select Instagram, then connect your account.

After you link your Instagram account using the options above, verify that Amazely can see your Instagram pages, as below.

a. Go to your account in Amazely, on the profile picture, click the Facebook icon with the green tick to disconnect.

b. Click on the Facebook icon again to reconnect.

c. Click on edit previous setting

d. Keep going next until you see the Instagram connection page below. You should see your Instagram pages in the list. If not, click on Link an Account and follow step 1 again.
